3.3 Intervention Step 3




                             Giving the knowledge about the face value was the main object of this step. I created two activities to develop the ability of identifying the face value of the number. To teach this concept I used relief periods. When I create the activities regarding this I got the help of teachers in primary.





Activity 01

In my intervention step 3 I used this as my first activity. First I introduced basic numbers to students with create stencil. I create It using circles to suit numbers. I got them to black board to practice it well.

Activity 02

In my intervention step 3 I used this as my first activity. I told students to bring numbers of calendar. I told students to cut numbers and close numbers to create numbers two or more place value. Then I said them to try to read it. This activity I mention must finished during 20 minutes.       


After this step I understood during the school time not enough for the done my action research well. Therefore I thought doing classes after school. For that firstly I got permission from principal. (Annex 05). Then I said to my selected students stay after school on Tuesday and Wednesday only one hour. Then I said them to get signature of parents permission letter. (I provided them a letter to fill. (Annex 06)  )
